All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging and dispatch preparation

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

While we work closely with our logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

LumaPocket™ is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but the package cannot be located:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

We will work with the courier to investigate and assist where possible.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability or logistics optimisation. Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.


11. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
